My Bevo Buddy Leader has helped me feel like I belong here and were a major part of my transition here into UT.

Bevo Buddy! had a positive impact on my first year experience at UT, because I had a connection with an upperclass student that had experienced UT at a different perspective than me, allowing me to learn more about UT as a whole.

This has allowed me to meet other new students and be paired with someone who I feel actually was there to help me. I was able to have help finding resources and have someone I could go to whenever I needed help.

When I first got here, I found it difficult to make friends which then led me to believe I would never get to explore Austin because I would never do it by myself. However, with Bevo Buddy! I both made friends and got to explore the city!!
