Bevo Buddy! pairs a UT student leader with an incoming freshman or transfer student. This provides new students with opportunities to connect regularly with an experienced Longhorn, as well as explore the UT and Austin community!
Bevo Buddy Program Components:
- UT student leader paired with incoming student from August 2024 -May 2025
- Bevo Buddy Leaders will conduct casual bi-weekly check-ins (via text or group messages) to ensure smooth transition, belonging, and campus resources
- Invitations to Bevo Buddy exclusive events throughout the year, including college socials, athletic events, Austin field trips and more!
