Off-Campus Living Resources Discussion

Stress Management Workshop

Take part in this Longhorn Wellness Center workshop focused on strategies for stress management just in time for midterm season. Students will learn about the science and benefits of mindfulness, practice different strategies and create plans for daily habits and ways to manage stress.
