TEXPO: Longhorn Local is an experiential orientation program open to 30 incoming students each session. Participants will be introduced to life in Austin--one of the fastest-growing cities in the country. Participants will experience life beyond campus by enjoying local foods and exploring city landmarks, including Austin Central Library and the Congress Avenue Bats. While learning about life in Austin, students will form strong bonds with their peers, easing the transition to their new “home”.

Cost: The cost of Longhorn Local is $99 per student. This fee covers all lodging, transportation, activities, and meals for Longhorn Local.
