After you select your orientation session and complete the registration form, your seat for orientation will be reserved. YOUR ORIENTATION REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. You must complete payment by 11:59 PM CT the day you register for orientation. Go to What I Owe to pay via credit card or eCheck. Your registration will be confirmed once you have paid via What I Owe.
You must be an admitted student, accept your offer of admission and pay your enrollment deposit in order to register for orientation. Check MyStatus to verify if you have accepted your offer of admission and paid your deposit. If your enrollment deposit was waived, you must still accept your offer of admission via MyStatus.
Note that if your family would like to participate in Family Orientation, it is a separate registration process and program. You and your family must BOTH register to participate in an orientation session. Learn more about the Family Orientation program and register to attend.
Registration Status

Cost
The cost for Spring New Student Orientation is $50. Orientation fees are determined by many different factors, including operational costs, software, student personnel and swag distributed to students.
Cancellation and Refunds
There are no cancellations or refunds for Spring Orientation.
IMPORTANT: If you’ve decided not to attend UT Austin, your orientation cannot be canceled and you will still be liable for any outstanding balance.
